It enables mobile phones to determine their current position, to check whether the phone enters or leaves an area, to calculate the distance to your closest friends, to warn you when you come close to a PoI, and to store the data for a period of time.
SmartLocate allows our customers to set up a platform for their “location based” services like fleet management or asset-tracking, or keeping holidays alive by storing trip information, including geoimages.
SmartDevMgr works with SmartLocate to manage the behavior of the phone for asset tracking purposes and to transmit the data effectively to the server.
